The Smidge Wines barrel tasting offers an exclusive behind the scenes wine tasting experience specially designed for those who truly appreciate great wine.
You'll spend time with chief winemaker Matt Wenk tasting the barrels at various stages of fermentation and maturation to learn through a unique sensory experience how great wine is made.
Matt is generous with his knowledge and experience. Together you'll taste your way through a range of vintages to learn the influences created by elements including terroir, blending and winemaker skill.
Each Barrel Tasting is customised to reflect your wine preferences and offers unprecedented access to one of Australia's foremost winemakers.
Finish the afternoon on the Smidge Wines deck tasting wines from across the Smidge Wines range and enjoying a generous antipasta platter from local produce.
